TV advert 2020/21

Managed the in-house production of UCFB's TV advert for the 2020/21 campaign, from briefing the video production team to securing the voiceover of former England footballer and sports pundit Jermaine Jenas and submitting the approved advert to Clearcast and the broadcasters. Also managed the scheduling of the advert in a £130,000 TV advertising campaign on BT Sport.

Oversaw the production of a new TV advert with an external video agency, from briefing the agency to managing the relationship with Burnley FC. Also managed the booking of the TV advertising campaign across BT Sport and Sky Sports.

Miami campus launch

Miami campus launch: 2020

Led the launch of UCFB and GIS' first ever non-UK campus, including a media and communications campaign that resulted in a potential reach of almost 400 million across UK and US TV, print and online coverage in publications including The Washington Post, USA Today, The Daily Mail, MLS Soccer and NBC. Main point of contact with Inter Miami CF on the launch on ongoing relationship.

Global Institute of Sport (GIS) brand launch: 2020

Headed up a team to launch UCFB's brand for executive education and Master's degrees in sport, including development of the brand identity and all assets, creation of launch videos, press activity, communications to all stakeholders and website redesign.

UCFB's global launch: 2019

Headed up a team to launch UCFB in the US, Canada and Australia with partnerships with Atlanta's Mercedes-Benz Stadium, New York's Red Bull Arena, Toronto FC and Melbourne Cricket Ground. Launch marketing included coordination of global press activity, updating all design assets, communications with multiple new and existing stakeholders and a series of launch content such as videos.

Melbourne Global Sports Summit: 2020

Led on all event marketing activity before, during and after UCFB's inaugural Global Sports Summit in Melbourne and Sydney, in partnership with Melbourne Cricket Ground.

LMA interviews

League Managers Association interviews

Responsible for the relationship with the League Managers Association for the facilitation of guest speaker appearances and content interviews of high profile football managers. Has interviewed former Liverpool players Robbie Fowler and Steven Gerrard, former England manager Sam Allardyce, former Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill, former Northern Ireland manager Martin O'Neill and former Manchester United manager David Moyes amongst others as part of this series.

Video performance

Video has been a core aspect of UCFB and GIS' marketing strategy, and has been highly successful. The LMA interview with Roy Keane alone drove over 220,000 views, and video views across all channels has consistently increased by over 100% per year for the past six years.
